I must thank Marie my office guru & techie for helping me set this up (she did it all), & then turned it over to me. Now I must follow it up & keep you all up to date.

Our next step is to get things sold at some yard sales, I hate paying storage charges to store stuff. We do however plan to store Coye’s car, the quad, our bedroom set & a few other things in a 10×30 storage in Kingman (a little cooler & a little less humidity). A few personal items like Mom’s 100 plus year old clock we might try to get Coye’s brother to store although they don’t know it yet. A lot of clothes will go & some we will need on the boat. Should we buy one of the boats in Mexico we would drive the truck down with boat stuff.

If you know some one that would like to rent the house, it is around 2200 square feet, has 2 master suites, plus another bedroom &  bath, 3 car boat deep garage, on the greenbelt for $1500, let us know. See you in awhile. dt

First Post

Here we go, just to update you all on what has been happening lately. We have sold our business & expect to move on retirement eventually. The new owners take over next week so look forward to working with them for awhile & to close out some transactions.

Next week on July 4 I will fly to La Paz in Mexico to look at a couple of boats.This is one I will look at, a trawler. The other on I will be looking at is a Beneteau Oceanis sailboat.

Should we buy one of these it is located where we could start cruising the Sea of Cortez, aka the Gulf of California. Many people plan of spending one season there & then found that wasn’t eneough time & come back for a second season. There are lots of fish, anchorages, great snorkeling & kayaking. Will update as we go along.

Next post I will let you know what we are doing with cars, furniture, home & stuff. till then
